There was some weirdness involving drop pods, since I never use drop pods I never noticed. Now if you gift prisoners to a faction via drop pods, the prisoner's faction will no longer receive resources. However if you shoot prisoners off in a drop pod to an empty tile, their faction will get their resources back, as it's presumed they will have made their way back.

Also, if you return prisoners to a faction via drop pods they will receive the appropriate amount of resources back. Even pirates. Though I'm not sure why you'd want to. But hey, it's for consistency

"Hidden" factions added by mods now excluded from the faction resource mechanics like vanilla factions. Took me awhile to realize the bug I've been chasing dealing with factions with no settlements stems from the fact they they are considered "hidden". Now modded hidden factions are treated like vanilla hidden factions.

Fixed a bug involving universe shattering division by zero when using mods that add factions that do not have any faction settlements (settlement value on the settings screen would show -2.10284iu1058130581305815081u50185018j34796946t92 or something). Now it will just show --- if there are no settlements.

I think... I don't have any mods that add factions that have no settlements and I don't know which ones do that so this is completely untested.
