Switched gas mask to use “races exclude” instead of “races include” to add compatibility with custom Hiver race mods.

Removed cut efficiency on the Hive Soldier Gas Mask. The resistance stats are now identical to the Swamp Ninja Mask from the No Cut Efficiency mod.

Note: You do NOT need No Cut Efficiency to use Hive Soldiers Expanded. Hive Soldiers Expanded is 100% standalone. I simply used the same stats from No Cut Efficiency.
