Update 3.9:
1. Added missing tags.

2. Updated Morgana mesh to be lower-poly but with huge optimization.
3. Updated Morgana's materials. Morgana is now not as shiny as it was before.
4. Implemented queued skin changing (originally created by Argle for his Online Party Plus) for online Morgana players.
5. Rermoved Sonic's Hood. Now you can transform into Bus with any Sprint Hat that does not have its own scooter (that also means Morgana can no longer use Dyeable Scooter as it's also being overriden).

Update 3.3: Added 3 new supported vanilla costumes: Queen's Dress, Hiking Outfit and Witch Outfit.
