- New bookmarks that start at the beginning of a presidents term. Bookmarks have been added for Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George Bush.

- One new event, "Terrorist Attack", happens in 2001.

- One new parliament issue, "Increase Taxes", however this version of the issue USA exclusive and requires the Democratic Party (faction) to be in power. I am hoping on adding more issues that can be available depending on which faction is in power.

- As a result of the above addition, faction influence had been reworked. Now it takes 50 adm/dip/mil points to influence a faction and the increase is only by 1. This is done so the factions are more consequential depending on which is in power and prevents the player from easliy switching factions.

- Re-added in the base factions from ET. Now the Democratic and Republican parties will be activated under the "American Republic" reform from American Dream.
- Increased the possible number of Parliament issues from 5 to 30.
