Added a new machine:
The figurine machine takes some coins and pays back with a temporary familiar that lasts until the end of the floor. The more coins you have to pay before it paying out, the better the familiar tends to be. After a few uses, it blows up, giving you one last familiar.
Added 2 new items:
Gluttony's Soul requires being unlocked, and gives you a pretty powerful orbital that not only blocks shots, but stores them for later. After 10 shots or so, it fires a brimstone beam back at the direction it was last shot from. Retaliation at its finest.
Pops! is a baloon familiar that wanders around the room, also soaking projectiles, but, eventually, it has enough. Upon being damaged enough, it, as its name implies, pops, scaring enemies nearby, confusing everyone, and making those filthy enemies take back all the damage they - and you - did to it. A new baloon conveniently appears upon entering a new room. So naive and unaware of its predecessors.

Added 2 new items:
Tonsil Stone makes you have a chance to fire a tonsil stone, that lingers around with a nasty poisonous aura of bad smell. It can stick on enemies and on the ground
Rotten Apple is a health down that, in turn, provides you with an all-stats up (except hp, of course)

Added 1 new enemy:
Pud: is a sentient puddle of slippery creep that just wants top harmlessly follow you around. Of course, it makes moving that much harder, but it doesn't do anything else, and gently dies once the room is clear

Added 2 new items:
Cool Shades is a chargeless active item that can be a bit tricky to figure out what it does, but, if used just after an enemy is killed, it gives you a significant damage boost for the room. The bonus can be stacked, but, for each use, the time you have to use the item gets shorter and shorter
Tech L replaces your tears with laser blasts that fly through the screen, piercing whetever they hit and inflicting burn on enemies hit by them.
Fixed some bugs, as usual. Namely, issues with the I, Robot transformation (related to Cyber Bums's renaming) and the Golden Champioln Belt making bosses into champions they weren't supposed to be (also, glitch and shadow champions becoming other types of champions in addition to what they originally were)

Added two new items:
ISAAC is You makes every room you enter have a 50% chance of displaying a text in the "X is Y" style, generally affecting you positively, but sometimes with drawbacks as well
Companion Cube spawns a friendly cube that you can push and which launches itself at enemies if they get in a straight line from it, knocking them back, dealing some nice damage and causing confusion on them

Added 3 new enemies: Shoosh, Volatile Host and Thumper
Shoosh replaces regular mushrooms at times and shoto a cloud of projectiles, that linger for wuite a while
Volatile hosts Shoot their heads off, exploding into projectiles. The remaining body shoots some projectiles and spawns creep
Thumpers are like your everyday host, but love to hit the ground hard, shoothing projectiles everywhere when doing so

Added Item:
Fever: Makes you shoot a small cluster of multiple tears, with ocasional booger tears. Damage and tears down
Added Trinkets:
Children's Vitamins: Each familiar has a 25% chance of gewtting BFFs! for the room, upon entering a new room
Disease: Familiar tears have a chance to inflict poison

Fixed another bug involving "converted black hearts"
Changed description of item "SMB Mode"
