-Add setting allowing to have really rare androids in world, when enabled as requested by @NECEROS
-all androids faction are removed (can be restored if you disable the setting and have Faction Discovery mod)
-There is only 5% chance that other factions use surrogate for raids/traders/...
-There is only 5% chance that androids are generated in the starting character dialog (EBD) and in all raids/traders/...
-Fix hacking issue (the hack was blocked even with the required number of points to hack, you needed the required number of points + 1 or more points)
-Fix the scarf issue (related to base Android Tiers mod)
Rusted and Solar Flare hediffs are now relative and not absolute (ex for Rusted instead of force all androids to be at 90% moving they are now at their current moving capacity -10% (so if it was 120% with bionics it now result to 110% instead of 90%).
-Nanite bank framework can now fix the rusting
-Android painting color have been toned down as requested by @Artay
-Add support for "Xenobionic Patcher" mod
-Now android with the "Hates humanity trait" will considere cyborgs ( >= 5 bionics) too as androids and not humans as suggested by @deadlygaming2005

-Add the ability to craft blank neural network T3/T4 (T1/T2 can upload their mind into them without debuff)
-Fix huge issue where non androids can spawn with rusted hediff (retroactive fix)
-Fix not persistent rusting after save reload
-Fix issue on android upgrade mind ("simple minded" trait not removed even with the settings proper setting enabled)
-Fix issue when a game is saved during an active mind download/upload and one of the pawns is carried to bed by another pawn, on the save reload the connection to skymind is considered as disconnected and the two pawns are killed

-Add the ability to paint androids
-Androids can now rust if they are not painted (can be disabled in mod's settings)
-Android battery can now be overloaded to explode (use androids as walking bombs) thanks to a new research
-Android battery overload explosion radius is now affected by the battery level
-SM7 battery explosion radius is now twice as large as that of androids
-SM7 can no longer eat living plant (when they are forced)
-Add Support for "Search And Destroy" mod for SM7 surrogates.
-The same behavior councerning certain Thoughts for T1/T2 are also applied on other having the "Simple minded" trait
