-FSpecial's Ice Block now breaks when parried.
-FSpecial's Ice Block now counts as a physical hitbox and shouldn't count as a projectile.

-USpecial now has more startup frames (6 > 22). It shouldn't be spammable, as I didn't see that as a problem until now.
-DSpecial now has some SDI. It was somewhat of a stupid infinite before.

-Knockback weight adjusted from 0.95 to 0.9
-Ice blocks can now be broken by opponents. This was not an oversight; I just didn't fix this until now.

Attacks
-Jab active window length increased (2 > 4). Startup window length increased, too (3 > 4).
-U-Strong knockback decreased (7 > 5). Knockback scaling also decreased (1.1 > 1.0) .

-Character height decresed from 160 to 144.
-Gravitational acceleration increased from 0.75 to 0.8.
-Hitstun gravity increased from 0.5 to 0.55.

Attacks
-First jab hitbox increased from 86x60 to 90x64. Second jab hitbox also increased from 90x60 to 98x64
-First jab knockback decreased from 4 to 2, and angle changed from 361 to 30. Endlag decresed from 12 to 10.
-Second jab endlag decreased from 14 to 12.
-Increased U-Air knockback from 6 to 8, and knockback scaling from 0.4 to 0.2. Also decreased hitstun scaling from 0.3 to 0.1.
-U-Air now has less gravity at the beginning of the move (0.85)
-U-Tilt hitpause scaling decreased from 0.45 to 0.35 on the sweetspot. and from 0.35 to 0.25 on the outer hitbox.
-U-Tilt knockback increased from 6 to 8 on the sweet spot. Knockback scaling also decreased from 0.4 to 0.3 on the sweet spot, 0.35 to 0.3 on the outer hitbox.
-Fixed jank with D-Air.

Specials
-D-Special startup decreased from 5 to 3. Also incresed time between hits from 12 to 20.
-D-Special now cannot break projectiles.
