reduce the range of Zetta tools and nerf Enhance Uspecial kill power vastly.

- literally just remove ranged nspec.

- first two hits of the enhanced Uspec doesn't have upward knockback.
- the endhit of enhanced Uspec make Zetta enter pratfall,
making enhanced Uspec into a kill confirm aerial is no longer possible.

- dattack hitlag increased 4 -> 14

- Fair startup increased 10 -> 12

Zetta v2.178

More strict on playstyle and make it so Zetta is weaker in neutral.

- Nspecial (ranged/held version) no longer available while not having halo.

x Halo-Orb-Mark belong to the same gain-lose system, with Halo being the last in line, meaning Zetta only lose the Halo if there are no higher resources. getting hit or not hitting opponent for 2.5s while having them reduce the Marks then the Orbs instead.

~ all 3 resources got separated.

- Getting hit or not hitting opponent for 2.5s lose both the Halo and one stack of the Mark.

+ The orbs can not be lost, unless Zetta dies.
- orbs (EMP specials) is not usable unless the Halo is on

~ Some animation frame re-distribute on Bair
~ Use other sfx for Uair startup to not confuse with jump sfx
