update to new dev kit

There are a few issues with some items but it doesn't break the server as far as I can tell. I will slowly
work on those items over time. All armors seem to work. Spam and Tang do not and some weapons have been affected.

Fixed castle foundation name to cold from both saying heat in the recipe table
Changed color, brightness and radius of the improved glow stick.
added purple light to hero sword
Turned sword 90 degrees
fixed xp on explosive arrows, traps, and jars
fixed xp on dragon powder
ice will melt into ranch water
Explosive jar and explosive trap can now be made on the carpenters bench with the explosive arrows
Vapor trap fixed as well and is craftable on carpenters bench
Changed experience on all the oils! 483K is just too much!
Godbreak equipment experience took a digit off the end so it is no longer 100K xp.
Greater wheel of pain also took a digit off the end. Now 18K instead of 184K
Deamon fire barrage lowered experience
Made lots of changes to many items that was giving over 100K xp too many items to count any more.

Changed the level on the Cimmerian starter pack weapons to use master repair kit
Increased durability on the Cimmerian items in the starter pack
Added a player placeable and pickupable frost temple forge
Added a player placeable and pickupable volcanic forge

Added improved compost heap with thrall slot and 1000 inventory slots.
Black lotus seeds will spawn not only 5 black lotus flowers but also 1 shadebloom.
Zone battle standard increases the size from 1000x1000x800 to 120,000x120,000x96,000
