Increased item level on armors, weapons, and shields

Added the following items:

Changed icons for Mystical scraps, Dragon Scales, Crystal of power, Glowing rags, and dread stone.

Increased the length of time the Heart of Cimmeria will last before it perishes.

Added the Heart of Evil with extended time before it perishes

Heart of Cimmeria and the Notes Spy note MSQ and Spy Note Ishdaris and Pirate trade agreement are not showing up.
Deleted them and am going to try to make them again.

2nd attemp at the underwater breathing mask

Changed underwater breathing mask to take oxygen from the water to allow you unlimited breathing. (this did not work but it is lasting longer. I will have to look into this more.)
