- Parrying FSTRONG now resets the fire charge's lifespan, as well as no longer putting Creeper into parry stun.
- Increased BAIR's hitpause (6->10)
- Increased jumpstart frames (3->5) [why the hell was it like this???]
- Increased DATTACK startup (6->8)
- DSTRONG's second hit hitpause increased (4->8)
- DASH START increased (12->14)

- Increased damage and knockback of DSTRONG

- Skeleton's hit-lockout increased (basically, multihits on him arent free)
- NAIR landinglag and endlag increased
- Adjusted NAIR's angle so it isnt as oppressive (60 -> 50)

- Skeleton and TNT are destroyed on death.
- Skeleton now has 2 HP, instead of 3.
- Hopefully fixed dual TNT glitch.
- Skeleton fire rate lowered.
- More endlag and cooldown on NSPECIAL.
- Skeleton now despawns.
- BAIR has a little more startup, and a little more knockback.
- UAIR has more startup, landing lag, and endlag.
- Arrow travel distance reduced.
- Parrying Skeleton's arrow puts Creeper into parry stun.
- Parrying TNT's explosion puts Creeper into parry stun.
