- Add "Psionically-Unified Society" technology that makes telepaths produce a small amount of Psionic Charges each month.
- Add "Psionic Overmind" technology that makes synapse drones produce a small amount of Psionic Charges each month.

- Buff health of X and T missiles.
- Normalize produciton and upkeep of ESC special resource jobs. Base production is now 2x higher to reduce the need for multiple buildings.
- Increase Zro and Dark Matter upkeeps of ESC buildings.
- Robotic pops without free will no longer can work Channeler jobs.
- Unemployed pops that worked ESC special resource jobs are now more likely to return to their former occupation if there is a new opening.
- Add starbase modules for ESC special resources, zro and dark matter.
---- Psionic Energy Collector can only be built in inhabited systems.
---- Some of these starbase modules have increased efficiency under certain conditions.
- Improved Crystal Farm now provides 4 jobs instead of 5.

- Empire that defeats the Ether Drake can now build a Dragon Hatchery building (empire-unique), which allows cloning of drake hatchlings.
---- Cloning a drake hatchling takes 360 days and will spawn it as a new fleet. These fleets can be merged and can have an admiral assigned to them.
---- Not available for Determined Exterminators.
---- Only Ether Drakes killed after this update will provide access to the technology needed for the Hatchery construction.

- Starnet AI compatibility update. For those without Starnet, this will make AI more eager to research ESC technologies.
- Export logic determining whether a country may research titanic/juggernaut X-slot weapons into a scripted trigger.
- Reduce number of jobs provided by Culture Nexus/Cerebral Node/Network Regulator a bit.
- Minor tweaks to repeated Unbidden invasions.

- Update hivemind pop requirements for Improved Mantle Mining Facility to match Stellaris 3.0.3 max tier capital pop requirements.
- Update icon for the Psionic Confinement building.
- Change tech weight modifiers for Time-Space Manipulation to make it a bit more accessible to console users.
- Add a few missing localization strings for modifiers.

- Add support for Nemesis DLC ship sizes.
- Use vanilla 'has resources to use component' triggers for component ai_weight.
- Fix descriptions for A.T. Field being not Evangelion-y enough.
- Fix missing ai_weight blocks for certain strikecrafts.
- Fix missing ai_weight modifiers for lack of resources on advanced jump drives.
