- Fix tech cost for Arc-en-Ciel cannon.
- Removed ship-size restrictions on Pulsed-Plasma Afterburners.
- Graviton Condenser now requires Gravity Manipulation Techniques technology instead of Weaponized Gravity.
- Added an event that should remove 'empire-unqiue building queued' flags if said building has been removed from the construction queue. The event is fired on the first of each month, so you might need to wait for a bit.

- Crystal Shard Thrower is now a tier 1 tech.
- Lithoid empires can research crystalline weapons without any 'preprequisites'.
- Discovering lithoid archeological site now also enables research of crystalline weapons.
- All ESC jobs now correctly have litoids consuming minerals instead of food.
- Fixed scoping for ESC buildings' events.
