Update: Jul 19, 2020 @ 1:06pm

(v 5.4)
Version 5.4 is here with the often requested Elite 4 Mode, an alternative to the endgame. Playing this mode will make the Pokémon League more similar to the one in the original 1999 boardgame (and to the videogames), where you face the Elite trainers of the world for the title of Champion. As a new mechanic in the game, please send any feedback you got on them.

This update is also focused on tweaking the Trainer Cards. New trainers were added and some necessary balance changes were made to others.

There were also minor changes to some Events and Super Events, which you can check on the full changelog below. Got questions, any feedback or requests? Message me on Steam or tweet @dcandal. Thanks for playing.

(v 5.3)
We have scripts!

Provided by the amazing Saucekay and Deepish, there is now a scripted setup to the game, placing hexagons, Pokémon and even dealing Items, Trainer Cards and Starters to every player. Lots of thanks to Saucekay and Deepish for the brilliant work!

The next balance update (the Elite Four patch) is not ready yet, but our scripting friends work FAST and I coudn't wait to release it.

Still, I made some very small changes that were already good to go: A new trainer that can repel wild Pokémon, a new Event and a buff to a Super Event that has been criticized for a long time.

You can check the changelog below. Questions? Feedback? Requests? Message me on Steam or tweet @dcandal. Stay safe and thanks for playing.

(v 5.2)
The June update is here!

In this update we have 2 new hexagons: Hulbury (B6/Water) is added to better balance the starter types advantages/disadvantages with the first gyms. Laverre (C6) is the first Gym with the Fairy type.

Some Gym Leaders now will require dual battles to win them. The gym battle mechanics do not change, the only change is that players will send 2 Pokémon instead of 1. Also, 3-4 and 5-6 Gym Leaders got a small buff.

The new trainer Lyra is a buff to those Pokémon without an evolutionary family, making them now a little more viable (like Kangaskhan or Pinsir). More Pokémon with no evolutions were added in this update.

The Pokémon added, removed, buffed and nerfed are, as always, meant to achieve a better balancing among the different types.

The alternative League Mode is still being tested, so I decided not to ship it on this patch.

Full changelog is below, I hope you enjoy, contact me on Steam/Twitter with questions, Pokémon requests or any general feedback. Stay safe.
