Random Ability Order:
fix for some abilities showing up at lower ranks than their prereqs.

Random Classes:
Nightblade will no longer roll as a primary (could break the soldier if not using a mod enabling primary knives or gauntlets)
Abyss Knight will not unlock combat knives.

Nightblade's class icon should now be selectable for the custom thingy.

Set Scout and Obtenebration specs to be mutually exclusive.
Functionaly they already are, but this'll allow them to not get rolled together for random specs.

Added stuff to make highlander complain at you if the wrong mods are present.
