Added a lootable pyro skill that behaves like a small fireball and scales off your wand damage.

Fixed some issues in previous changes.
Soulcatcher now gives a 1AP skill that raises a minor undead from a corpse (exploding the corpse in the process), that doesn't count against your max summon count.

Gladiator gives a stat boost to all nearby allies on killing a character.
Haymaker restores 1% physical and magic armor when you deal damage.
Cat Familiar has Teleport and Nether Swap.

Stench no longer gives resistances but causes Diseased on all damage.
Far Out Man gives a skill to increase your range, damage, and accuracy.
Master Thief gives a short-range jump that makes you invisible.
Opportunist gives a skill to increase your armor and make all your damage knock down for 1 turn.
Pet Pal gives +1 summoning and grants a skill to summon an electric frog.
Slingshot gives a skill to throw a ricocheting stone.

Stench now gives 15% poison resistance and gives a 50% chance to apply Diseased on weapon attacks.

Increased Ice King and Demon respective resistance bonus by 15%, and made them reduce the nearby enemies' resistance in their element by 15%.

Duck Duck Goose gives a 5% dodge and 0.5m worth of move speed.

Morning Person gives 10% max vitality.

Increased huntsman damage bonus to 6% per level.

Doubled the lifesteal from Necromancer points.
Increased damage bonus from Weapon skills to 7% to compensate for them being less attractive than element skills for damage increase.
Doubled accuracy bonus for Single-handed.
