Update 1.4

Changes:

- Hyperspace Storms and Solar Storms can now be disabled separately in the Real Space menu.
- Solar Storms are now less dangerous due to the fact that ships now randomly receive a certain percentage of damage. This does not apply to civilian ships, which always take 50% damage when damaged. Maybe I'll change this in the future. Now I thought that it would be more correct.
- After the first encounter with the Solar Storm, the empire will receive notifications, and not the event window, as before.
- You can now choose Hard, Easy or Normal mode for Solar Storm. This will affect the survivability of ships in a storm.

Update 1.2

Changes:
- Fixed way to select a storm system. Now this will not have a strong effect on productivity and the events themselves will become more rare.
- Fixed an issue where you receive messages about storms on systems that you have not explored.
- I was thinking about how to improve artificial intelligence so that it could respond to dangerous systems. In the end, I came to the conclusion that this would only interfere with the tactical behavior of an already stupid AI. Therefore, AI ships are now 50% less likely to get into a storm.
