v2.0

This is a QOL update to freshen up the codebase and future-proof some functionality. Please report any issues or things you think may need addressed. The project is now under a new repo on github, and the wiki needs to be updated to reflect the new API changes. I'll try to write some documentation soon.

I can't remember all the things I've changed/improved, but here are some key points:

- Improved: Complete code restructuring
- Changed: "Nationalities" are now "voices" and each faction can be assigned multiple voices
- Changed: Some old public functions are now deprecated
- Changed: BIKEY will now be updated with each version.
