  • Released nations will now get back their previous centralisation and all fully completed idea groups
  • Released nations will now either get their default government and reforms if they haven't existed on the map yet, or the government and reforms they had before being annexed
  • Reduced the speed at which provinces in colonial regions flip to high-value trade goods if the owner already has a lot provinces that have the corresponding trade good
  • Added several additional sources of imperial mandate reduction, see detailed explanation in the Empire of China window
  • Buffed unrest reduction from church influence
  • Lowered diplo cost of accepting cultures and increased the AI's desire to do so
  • Nerfed several sources of institution spread
  • Slightly increased both rural population growth post 1600 and current rural population capacity growth when current rural population exceeds it
  • Increased core expiration timer from 50 to 150 years
  • Culture conversion no longer requires the province to be stated and it can now happen over adjacent sea zones
  • Disabled knowledge sharing
  • Disabled the ability to create trading cities due to broken government reforms and national ideas
  • Naval Supplies urban good can now also be chosen in provinces that have a military harbour of any rank
  • Added an extra accepted cultures slot for all nations and lowered the dev required to be able to accept a culture from 20 to 10
  • Increased the maximum tech cost penalty for not owning an institution by 5% for each institution
  • Slightly lowered imperial authority gain from having free cities and increased imperial authority loss from having HRE provinces being owned by non-HRE states
  • Particularist rebels will now be unable to spawn in provinces that belong to a trade company
  • Countries will now be able to upgrade their ships mid-war even while having their estate levies raised
  • All colonies will now get a free level 1 local fortification building after they finish
  • Added a 50-year cooldown for the Archipelagic Succession Crisis disaster
  • Reduced global autonomy reduction from centralization from -0.6 to -0.5 at 100 centralization
  • Increased the desire of estates and provinces to improve farming efficiency depending on current regional food supply
  • Reduced maximum scaling autonomy reduction from local autonomy from -1 to -0.9
  • Slightly tweaked existing estate favours and demands
  • Added a couple of extra estate privileges to all nations

  • Fixed a typo that could've caused White Lotus rebellion spam in certain situations
  • Fixed a rare issue with HRE defense calculations when the emperorship changed hands shortly after the HRE has been attacked
  • Fixed a rare issue where the estates could spend their entire treasury at once on buildings
  • Fixed Jin decision "Create Green Standard Army" to work with any Chinese emperor and not just Ming
  • Fixed Dei Gratia Sikhism event "Tolerance movement grows" not adding sikh followers to the necessary provinces
  • Fixed Japanese decision "Subjugate the Archipelago" being available to Daimyo subjects
  • Fixed a small oversight that made countries slightly underestimate HRE defence strength and also affected the reaction of HRE princes during the "Defence of the Empire" event
  • Added a workaround to prevent Ottomans from losing the Osmanli dynasty
  • Fixed a couple of potential issues with Dei Gratia patriarchate provinces
  • Fixed "The (monarch name) and the Composer" event only being triggerable once per nation
  • Fixed a previously untriggerable Dei Gratia event "Abandoned Monasteries"
  • Fixed regional food surplus values always being displayed as 100% in some provinces
  • Fixed a potential issue related to catholic crusade province selection
  • Fixed mines in "Coosa" and "Potoskeet" provinces that were not functioning properly
  • Fixed an issue which sometimes prevented the reformation event "The Empty Seat" from triggering
  • Added missing autonomy hit from refusing to grant burghers a privilege

  • Fixed an issue that made tribal estate have more troops as the game progressed instead of less
  • Fixed a previously untriggerable flavour event "The Great Northern Conflict"
  • Fixed a couple more instances of incorrect assignment of religious minority variables
  • Fixed an issue with war dynamism that was sometimes causing the war dynamism province modifiers to be removed unintentionally
  • Fixed some quite obscure Dei Gratia modifiers that were accidentally broken in one of the early 2.6 updates
  • Fixed Dei Gratia pulse events sometimes incorrectly triggering a "Catholic Scapegoats" event instead of the "Chaldean Scapegoats" event for nations with a Chaldean minority
  • Fixed, to an extent it can be, the provincial income and development fluctuations
