The "Nerf The Heck Outta Him" Patch

ADDITIONS:
- Removed secret colors due to, what I believed, was crashing the game.
- Trans Rights Kris replaced with Pride Kris

ADJUSTMENTS:
- Kris is now less floaty, more grounded.

UTILT : Very minor speed increase, might alter later
DAIR : No longer floats as much as it did
UAIR : No longer floats as much as it did
FAIR : Has more landing lag
DSTRONG : Connects easier and better
FSPECIAL : Cost increased to 15%, seeing how it goes, might increase it. Now has a fixed knockback and is more used for zoning.
DSPECIAL : Now makes Kris noticeably heavy. While active, Kris' run speed, walk speed, waveland friction, and jump speed are all lower. This is to prevent DSPECIAL from being too powerful. Still adjusting it from here.
