* New casting animations for both genders

* Tier II & III adjusted to now all damage bonus/penalty instead of physical one, but at lower percentage

- Buffed duration and/or percentage of certain debuffs of listed offensive skills:
* Incision Point
* Highspeed Slashing -> swapped attack speed penalty to damage penalty
* Shockwave
* Final-Zero Break
* Adrenaline Crash
* Carnage Split explosion
* Black-End Nova

- Fixed incorrect VFX of Carnage Split explosion (sparks firing only into one direction)

- Fixed buggy female casting animations, those were completely broken and destroyed the immersion, how did it happened? My blunder sadly.

Now those skill animations should be fixed:

* Cross Edge (Replaced with execution animation for both genders, may revamp skill VFX in near future)
* Thundering Cleave (Replaced with overhead slam, VFX and description updated)
* Carnage Split (Now both Male and Female pierce with weapon like intended)
* Storm Impact (Replace casting animation completely, added new sound)

- Implemented texture DXT5 compression for better compatibility, and less used space for mod itself.

- Superheated Strike may now interrupt enemies
- Improved VFX for Ethereal Projection (all Tiers)
- Fixed missing visuals from various casting animations, those should now display correctly every time

- Upgraded all skill icons to have a small fade-out black border for better effect
- Slightly decrease cooldown for Highspeed Slashing and Superheated Strike

Revamped Highspeed Slashing:
- New VFX for hit effect at Max Level
- Area of effect increase bonus now moved to Tier II
- Tier III now further increase skill damage and attack speed penalty dealt to enemies

- Adjusted cooldown of Nether Collapse and Unlimited Arsenal (more cooldown decrease with each level invested)

- Improved VFX of listed skills:
* Cross Edge
* Superheated Strike
* Carnage Split (both pierce and explosion effects)
* Cull the Weak proc effect

- Force Deflection adjustments:
* Adjusted damage of skill (damage was nerfed a bit)
* Fixed tooltip - now it correctly mentions that evade is removed completely while skill is active
* Skill now makes character stunned and immobilized (penalty for spamming it, try to time it better for max satisfaction)
* Improved VFX slightly

- Redone 2 of passives: Juggernaut and Counter Flow, those will now scale to corresponding stats instead of character level, that should influence making builds revolving around different stats combinations viable in future without losing damage

- Fixed Storm Impact 15 lvl damage calculation
- Upgraded Hurricane Rising and Purgatorial Flames proc visual effects
- Tied cooldown from using Tier 7 Finesse/Overpower trees, thanks to that there won't be any 'fast-swaps' weapons tactics to abuse those long cooldown skills
- Fixed some typos in descriptions
- Adjusted damage reduction effects and other affixes tied to skills
