Update for version 1.13
*The African and Asian companies now target specific trade company charter zones instead of generic regions.
*Added a Siberian company.
*The mod can now handle up to 9 colonists so will work with any custom ideas.
*The colonial maintenance fee repayment is now mostly done through modifiers so it is a lot more transparent and requires less math on your part.
*Updated the code to use scripted triggers and effects so it will be a lot easier to update the mod in the future.
*Removed Guyana region added Pacific Island region.

Add supported version line so it is usable in 1.8

Changed colonist replacement event to be hidden so it no longer spams you each month. You do however still get the coins sound effect so you know when it happened.

Added decision to revoke the bonus colonists granted to your colonial nations.

Fixed bug where when there were no available provinces to colonize an option less event would appear.

Updated for 1.6 compatibility and fixed some bugs in the colonist replacement event.

Fixed major bug with the events hanging when there are undiscovered provinces in the region. Also changed the province priority list to favor all trade bonus modifiers not just CoTs (ie river estuaries) and treat colonial nation provinces the same as your own provinces for adjacent checks.

Tweaked settler chance/over limit repayment event and disabled companies for colonial nations until I can set up a fifth company colony.
