Fixed the missing deck shuffle function. You can easily add Special Monster cards and automatically shuffle the deck in the proper way with just a button click.

- Updated power gems, they should work again!

- Updated board art to better match the FFXIV theme.
- Changed Hallowed Ground (Ice) Board B background to Rathefrost. The dragon image will return when other Heavensward boards are made.
- Switched King Moggle Mog and Gilgamesh Special Monster card art around to better fit their themes.
- Also updated some monster card art to look better.
- Moved Expansion Hero cards and Special Monster cards into their own bags.
- Moved bags closer to the ReadMe sheet. Side B Pieces bag is still behind the Power Gem chest.
- Added new optional game mechanic: Ascian Dice. Rules sheet is inside its bag.
