Fixed a missing playzone on hole 3

Fixed up a couple reset zones around hole 16

Added a sign by the main cannon of hole 13 telling players to hit the target, since it apparently wasn't obvious enough...

Added an anti-cheat system that disables jumping and clubs (so that it prevents potential map problems)
