added the ability to unstack decks if you hover them and press numpad6(careful unstacking more than 24)

added the ability to place cards from hand to cursor with numpad5.
(they will be selected afterwards as well)

if you want to disable hand "ducking" go to configuration/interface/misc settings and turn min hand size all the way up.

fixed the mod for the tabletop update.

i broke it, then fixed it.

Added the extra content picker.
Once content picker is closed it will combine all highlighted decks and will delete all darkned(unselected) decks.
If you mess up you will have to reload.
the default config is what i always play with(old combine decks button)

Fixed the UI so when one player clicks everyone sees it.
Also added a toggle all button.

small update:
Fixed when red player clicked fight buttons cards would go to bottom of victory pile instead of top.
made the ui only Visible to the host and promoted players.

Note: idk if it's a tabletop issue or i'm just not good enough at messing with the ui, but if someone toggles something in multiplayer it doesn't toggle for everyone else. Until i can figure out what's up and how to fix it this should cut down on the confusion a bit.
