1) One of the Clergy Privilages have been changed from -20% missionary cost to +1 missionary.

2) In a previous change I left out 2.5% administrative efficiency from tech 10, but it has been added now.

Updated the mod to work with version 1.30.


Combat dice were changed again. This time we have set the combat dice back to their original values of 0-9, and the number of days you must fight before retreating have been returned to 12 days from 15 days.
Instead, we have changed the length of each combat phase from 3 days to 1 day - this will result in the combat dice being rolled more often (more rolls will even out the average value of those rolls) and also has the side effect that shock damage is more relevant in the late game.


Governing Capacity basically functioned the same as territorial corruption in that it is a money sink and has been made irrelevant.

Territories now have 80 minimum autonomy instead of 90.



We will be looking to make additional changes this weekend after some testing of the current game state.
