Neon Eden (Jumbo)

- Biomes are now distributed in Layers with the cold biomes (like Ice & Rust) at the top and the hot ones (Caustic, Swamp, Ocean etc.) at the bottom. There are however still some random biomes at the edges in between those layers
- Greatly increased the size of the Space Biome, so it shouldn't stick to the top of the map anymore
- Slightly increased the size of the Oil Biome. It now also spawns Oil Lakes with higher pressure and richer Diamond Patches
- Added a Lime-Lump to the Badlands Biome for loads of Lime!
- Removed the Mass-Override of the Starting Biome. It should now spawn the correct amount of metals.
