Soul Stone nerfed:
- Cooldown up from 5 years to 10 years
- Reduce Soulborn trait (specifically Admiral but other nerfs as well)
- - Governor: -50% Leader Upkeep, +5 Stability, -25% Crime, +10% Unity from Jobs
- - Scientist: -50% Leader Upkeep, +10% Research speed, +25% Survey speed, +2 Archaeology skill
- - Admiral: -50% Leader Upkeep, +10% Weapon Damage, +10% Weapon Range, +20% Evasion
- - General: -50% Leader Upkeep, +15% Army Morale, +15% Army Morale Damage, +10% Army Damage

Opinion modifiers
- Having the Space stone now gives you malice like all the other stones
- Fallen empires only get a -20 opinion rather than -50. They also get -20 from the Mind Stone.
- - Fallen empires should dislike you for having the stones, and in my test games I was able to handle the angry Fallen empies, however, alot of people complained that the number was too high so I have lowered them. If you have problems with fallen empires still, just accept what ever demands they send you and they won't go to war with you.

Fixed a bug where gestalt empires would get notified when the Soul Stone and Mind Stone's cooldowns were over, even though they cannot use those stones

Removed Power Stone bombardment's text telling you it turns planets into tomb worlds when it doesn't

Fixed lots of typos

Added a Chinese translation (thanks to INFINI7E)

Nerfed Reality Stone active duration from 360 days to 1800 days
Nerfed Power Stone by removing it's buff to shields, hull and armour.
Added +50% Megastructure build speed to Time Stone active effect
Changed Infinity Drive event to let other nations get it that didn't excavate Hala
Mind Stone now has multiple outcomes to the backlash (now your ruler doesn't have to die)
Fixed many, many typos

New Infinity Stone System
Infinity Stones no longer use vanilla relic cooldown system
--This is to make the mod more compatible and maintaining the new gauntlet's effect
Add modifier to each relic that prevents there activation if they are already activated
An event now fires to indicate when an Infinity Stone's cooldown has ended


New Gauntlet
Given via event if a nation has two or more Infinity stones
Removed if you have less than two stones
Can only be used if has a stone and has Infinity Stone cooldown (50 influence)
No longer makes everyone hate you
No longer increases resource capacity, instead gives +1 monthly influence
Resets Infinity Stone cooldown on use, allowing you to use the Stones in conjunction with each other
If you have 6 stones, gives the option to fire standard Infinity War event chain.

Infinity War event chain
Once completed, you are no longer spammed with the event to Snap half the universe.
The snap is now happens next time you use the gauntlet
You now can keep the full Gauntlet buffs until you use the snap

Nerfed Power Stone passive from +30% energy to +20% energy
Nerfed Reality Stone passive from +30% minerals to +20% minerals
Nerfed Time Stone passive from +20% research to +10% research
------ It should be noted that with this, the time stone probably needs a buff
Nerfed Captain Marvel leader by alot
Nerfed Thor by a bit aswell

Added the framework to add two new relics in the next update
