Perceptive heroes now correctly give +1 recruit rank to units; apparently due to poor scoping on my part this only worked for generals previously.

Fixed a few scopes - no, 40% weapon strength to entire army was not intended, sorry Zule

Alistar now has a proper legendary lord caliber trait as well.
