- Fixed broken reference that was possibly causing crash in single player (attempted fix)

- Attempted to fix issue with mod not working in single player
- Fixed issue where placed structures disappeared when picked back up while a different loadout is selected

- Changes how keyboard shortcuts are handled, requiring modifying Input.ini
- Fixes issue where used-up items wouldn\'t reappear on the loadout after switching back

Fixes an issue where loadouts weren\'t saved on servers.
