- added Production icon to the tooltip for rushing districts with builder charges

Sejong's ability now scales with game speed, giving up to Culture equal to 6x your turn's Science on Marathon speed and Culture only equal to 1x your turn's Science on Online speed.

- removed Culture Industries and Industry/Corporation fixes as they were fixed by Firaxis themselves (even if taking code directly from Infixo's great mod without crediting him...)
- added fix for Open-Air Museum bonus being multiplicative if you can get multiples of the improvement in a single city.
- added fix for Hagia Sophia affecting Unifier Qin's conversion ability on regular units.
- Lincoln's fix now only removes the free unit gained when converting a power plant and will correctly grant a free unit the first time you build a power plant in a city. Big thanks to Fuzzle for coming up with this improved solution!

Corrected mistake in the earlier Tokugawa fix. The Tourism bonus does have a 6 tiles limitation, but it is checked for the district directly, not the district's city. The description now reflects that properly.

- PrereqTech of Corporations no longer changed with Infixo's Real Fixes Luxuries (AI) mod active, as that would be redundant.
- fixed Nzinga Mbande's description in the game setup menu to include mentioning heroic relics when the Heroes game mode has been selected.
- removed the Culture Industries fix since Firaxis themselves fixed the bug now.
