- Removed vgui displaying the animated gif in the center of the panel, added 2 new materials (will not be dependent on my web server anymore).
- Added a LUA animation for the wrench (This one will perform a predetermined rotation similar to the old animated gif).
- Added the possibility to configure if the fps booster should close after clicking the enable/disable buttons.
- [Fix] Should no longer display in the console if a command does not exist.
- Some design changes.
- Some optimizations of my code.

- More checking to avoid counting fps gains unnecessarily.
- [Fix] Make an Lua autorefresh should no longer cause data loss (pls avoid changing the code if you don't know what you are doing).
- Fps counter on the hud is now persistent if you change map and have it enabled.
