Rev 457 Update:

Added:
* Wire e2 chip "Dial Closest Stargate".

Updated:
* All mine e2 chips (updated header, and some input/output names).
* Updated wire e2 function "stargateAddressList", now it return array instead string in loop.
* Updated e2 chips "address list usage/screen" with explanation how to use new version of "stargateAddressList" function.
* Update wire gate chip "Get address list", it works like old e2 function "stargateAddressList", but always display 0 or 1 before address as blocked value.
* Updated glebqip address book for use new version of "stargateAddressList" function.
* Updated glebqip idc array chip, now it contains one expired code (because people don't understand why screen not work).
* Replaced black circle cross to red cross image for close button in stargate settings menu (for better vision).
* Renamed gmod4phun chips for better reading names.

Fixed:
* Rings can't dial nearest ring if near it located blocked ring.
* Missing sound for ring panel dial if use menu.

* Now if player use workshop version of cap, and it outdated more than 8 revisions, he will get cap update reminder window (in case if workshop somewhy stuck and not updating).

Fixed:
* Some of lua errors from errors.garrysmod.com.

* FPN-90 animations, also now you can show/hide kull disruptor (E+Mouse Right Click). Thanks to Gmod4phun.

Fixed:
* Spam in console if use stargate universe (forgot to remove :D).

* Auto-weld option in stargate iris (because it always weld to stargate).

Rev 454 changes:

* Wire input "Bearing Mode" for floor chevron (if enabled - floor chevron will work like bearing).
* Wire output "Activated" for floor chevron and bearing.

Updated:
* Russian, Hungarian, Czech translations.

Fixed:
* Floor chevron not spawning correct (with lua error).
* Bearing dynamic light not working.
* Duplicator bug with jumper and physical back door in hover mode.
* Daedalus turrets not working (after previous update).
* Lua error in some cases when trying to spawn cap npcs.

* Console command "CAP_debugerror" for debug cap errors while translating. This command can display all errors at same time, or one what you typed (example: CAP_debugerror 9).
* Error notification when trying spawn iris not on stargate.

* Re-organized language files, some stuff was moved between files, some files was removed.
* Now all cap stool stuff can be translated (descriptions, field names, etc).

Rev 452 changes:

Updated:
* Removed "Misc convars" tab in cap settings menu. All this settings was moved to stargate config.
* All effects renamed from "lua/effects/EFFECT_NAME/init.lua" to "lua/effects/EFFECT_NAME.lua" (just for easier edit).
* Updated some english phrases, all other translation should update them now (updated phrases was removed in other translations).
* Updated settings/language tab in stargate tools. Now it have nice looking language list with percent of translated things in translation (colored). Also now have button to page "How to translate CAP".
* Russian translation.

Fixed:
* Asuran gate weapon beam displaying in other words if you not see it at the moment of creating (need multiplayer testing).
* Some other small fixes and improvements.

Removed:
* Old stargate setting and cap convar limit menus.
* Some messages from english translation (and other translations too).
* Convars what was in "Misc convars" tab.

Rev 450 changes:

Added:
* New config editor tab prototype in stargate settings menu.
* Now you can also restrict or disable cap npcs via stargate config (or config editor).
* "Exclude mode" in stargate config for restrict cap entity/tool/swep/npc (player should NOT have this group).
* Added option "busy_time" for asgard transporter to stargate config.
* Now when someone die in event horizon, you will see death notification with icon.
* Separatery option for disable dynamic light on stargate universe (request).

Updated:
* Now stargate menu automatically detects search and address label width (depend on text size in translation, removed "stargate_vgui_search_width").
* Now error #13 displays full path to addons folder (user system path).
* ATTENTION! Renamed "user_config.txt" to "custom_config.txt". All server owners must rename this file manualy (or recreate, for example via config editor).
* Now cap limits and misc convars will be saved to own config.
* Now cap npcs can fire cap weapons! *SUDDENLY*
* Now cap npcs spawning with weapon depend from npc class (if used default weapons, example - wraith will have wraith blaster).
* Updated russian translation.
* Stargate config options "MCD" and "TAC" renamed to "mcd" and "tac" (lowercase, for order in menu).
* Now width of cap error/gatespawner creator motd window based on screen size (not only height like before).
* Renamed option "teleporter" to "asgard_transporter" in stargate config.

Fixed:
* stargate_reloadconfig command not reset old config values if it was removed.
* Cap convars text field display wrong value after reopen menu if you set value more that slided allow.
* Stargate universe has "Group:" instead "Type:" label in menu.
* Asuran gate weapon not showing beam when iris is open.
* Asuran gate weapon glow sprites showing through walls (please say if you have FPS drop now!).
* Asuran gate weapon consumes energy when not firing.
* Event horizon transparent on frontside or not transparent at backside when looking in kino/cameras etc.
* Some other small fixes and improvements.

Removed:
* All "limit" fields in stargate config (now should use cap limits tab).

Notes about cap npcs:
- This fix (with cap npcs) was made with combination of "npc_combine_s" and "npc_metropolice" classes, for different weapons it uses different class (so we get best variant).
- Cap npcs with cap weapons sometimes (after damage npc) stuck in forever reloading, have no idea how to fix (this happens with npc_metropolice itself).
- In fact this is workaround (standart gmod code not setting model for npc_metropolice), and you can hear radio talks what come from metropolice class.
