1.3 Now Live!

The EE can now be completed solo:
Subsequently, all solo games will have the player spawn as Weasel. The cycle will break as soon as the player revives themselves on the Bridge for the final step.

Added lots of missing SFX:
Including things for inventory/crafting, weapons, doors, etc.

Weapon fixes/changes:
* The AN94 and Trencher have been removed from the box, for consistency with Black Ops II
* The Uzi, PDW57, LSAT, and Executioner have been majorly fixed/improved.
* The FAL and DSR50 now appear in the box.
