1. Allows for the recruitment of Imperial Knight army types.
2. Adds 2 Imperial Knight jobs - Produces unity, army defense garrisons, government ethic attraction, and stability while also reducing crime.
3. The Imperial Knight Academy can be built on any world (limit of 1).

- Imperial Knight army types can now be recruited from both the Imperial Palace and Knight Academy buildings.

- Updated the Fel Empire portrait set pops to wear Imperial Knight armor when occupying the Imperial Knight/Telepath jobs and Stormtrooper armor for Soldier and Enforcer jobs.

- Fixed the missing Fel Empire prescripted empire.
