Implemented fixes/updates to A3Wasteland's Altis branch up till today's. Implemented bountysystem. players start with a default bounty of 150 they add the bounty of enemies they kill to that number untill they themselves are killed teamkills dont reset bounty's, also dont reward the killer bounty's save accross restarts for now it's just for bragging rights later on i will try to think of something usefull to do with the bounty's :)

Added R.I.P. Marker on player corpse location after respawn (local). Added reward for staying on the server. multiplying every 40 minutes :)
