1. Optimize runtime
2. Add logic to detect unreachable transfer
3. Remove sick offer match from MoreEffectiveTranfer logic, use vanilla codes.
4. Move some detour function to Harmony dll for better compatiable
5. Add debug mode option for details of unreachable transfer
6. Fix sick and fire transfer respond too slow issue when transfer is failed
7. New translation system.
8. Optimize material transfer with priority
