-Rebalanced Argy to be noticeably slower than Ptera, but fly for longer
-Made flyers spend more stamina when flying slower than soaring speed
-Generally increased stamina usage so that low-level flyers will not be able to cross the island in one flight, but high-level ones could do so with ease.
