Added new options for insertion dialog (to set daytime, disable fog, chat mode), skip time function, with new dialog, can be used now anytime/anywhere by pressing shift + 3.

Works with any version of the game, but if DEV-version is detected, player can now buy UAVs and UGVs from camps, use UAV terminal to operate them, there is goats, new music added and some tweaks made. Using UAV makes mission little more depanding for CPU.
