Fixed the Bug from the vanilla version of the game that prevented the player from obtaining the Duelist Bloodline.
Plus a few minor fixes with inheritance.

Fixed some issues with matrilineal inheritance of bloodlines gained through events.

Added Ancestor Veneration fix.

Fixed an issue that prevented the player from obtaining new forged bloodlines, if he already owned a "created_bloodline".
