bugfix: unequip weapons when the shortcut bar is switched

fix: the last selected bar is the one which is selected after relog

compatibility: support for negative itemids (e.g. pippi items)

fix: switching the shortcur bar will unequip the current weapon so that the position on the bar is the same when you switch back
