The Dyson sphere should now properly support 2.3.x ringworld 10-in-1 districts. It was relegated back to conventional city districts only before the fix.

Left it at size 100. It is 1250 (around 0.02 light years, or about a light-week) in radius and is built around a total conversion artificial star that puts out the energy of a 100 or so solar mass star. It will slowly as a single system support an economy that exceeds the whole rest of the galaxy.
