Moved Outliner and most windows further down so that they don't overlap with notifications.
Claims window now opens at the same position as most windows.

Event view now spawning from the top right corner instead of center.
Trade route view now moveable and spawning next to the Outliner like most other windows.

New widescreen layout as we found a trick to position the Fleet View as desired.
