New tracer for laser turret, and more effects for those it damages. Including the dissolve effect from HL2 when it destroys targets.

System view now shows doors that door servos in the system are controlling, by connecting the door to the door servo.

Modules connected to the base controller upon it's removal are now unclaimed; this goes alongside how modules can't be claimed without the player having a claimed base controller. Added new system view mode to the base controller, which provides a simple visualization of the connected modules to the base controller; this is automatically disabled on the player if the base controller is destroyed or removed. Additionally, repairing modules with a non-default (modified convar) health now repairs them to the modified/convar default health value; this was a bug that came when I migrated to using convars for configuration of the addon.

Added laser turrets, with a brillant new custom model by Xaxidoro. They have (by default, without configuration) a very high damage, and high physics force; with the same fire rate as the regular gun turrets. Make sure to configure these to suit your other addons/server. The camera HUD has been changed, with a new overlay. Now, when cameras are broken, they are still accessible in the camera uplink, except they are static, and are illustrated as being broken with a broken glass type effect. This is more user friendly than simply making the cameras unaccessible through the uplink, it's now easier to tell when you have some broken/destroyed cameras. Some other issues have been fixed with gun turret targetting, however targetting issues with the SAM turret and searchlight are yet to be fixed, sorry if you're still waiting for this, it will be fixed in the next version.

Added muzzle flash to gun turrets, added new searchlight entity which looks at any unknown players or NPCs. Fixed Gun Turret targeting through walls; this may still occur with SAM Turrets, I am working on this still. Added back the transmitter module, which somehow vanished.
