New: Surthara now starts with the Chariot Mistress trait, which is the Exemplar background skill + the Chariot Master trait.

Changed: Initial friendly diplomacy with other Asur factions tuned down slightly.

Surthara will now be correctly affected by the Chaos Stirs event. (The Twisted Twilight update changed the way Chaos invasions worked, so her ability/desire to declare war on everyone wasn't activating when the Norscan factions started getting frisky.)

* Surthara is friendly with Eltharion, but that douchebag isn't friendly with her. Fixed for now... I think.

* Surthara now starts out friendly with Imrik.

* Some small fixes so it hopefully won't crash in multiplayer.
* The AI is now less likely to build duplicate buildings, whoops.

Our favorite psychopath starts the game unable to declare war on other helfs.

She'll regain the ability to declare war on her asinine mortal neighbors when the Norscan factions start getting frisky. (Usually around turn 30 or so.)

Surthara now starts with walls in both settlements.

She also gets trade agreements and military access with all Asur factions except the player. This *should* make it slightly less likely for her to get dragged into a civil war.
