Reduced the resolution of Silmeri's textures by half (Originally all except a couple were 2048x2048 pixels, now they're all 1024x1024) and optimized them to reduce filesize. This should greatly reduce load times in the inventory and (hopefully) crashes caused by VRAM/overall memory overload.

Nerfed the damage dealt by the frost and shock enchantments by 10

Increased the ice form chance by 5%

Increased swing speed (it was actually slower than the Infinity Sword. I might tweak the Infinity Sword so it's slower)

Nerfed the explosion damage by half, as well as removing the duration from the effect.

Reduced the base damage of the weapon to 27 (was originally 28)

Added a loadscreen
