--finally updated Orion Cartels with new changes from the author. Control Panel, Fleet Cards, and 4 advancements were updated.

--Bajoran Pilgrimage Fleet now auto calculates resources during Recharge Stage. +1 Culture to Bajorans, and +1 Production to Rival System.

--attempted to fix research node sticking on top of production nodes on home systems. Hopefully it doesn't happen anymore.

--Updated Tellarites. They have updated fleet text for Fleets 2 and 3. Also had 4 advancements adjusted for balance.

--Updated Orion Carels. They now have 4 Fleets and several advancements were adjusted for balance.

--updated all fan faction cards to standard sizes (some cards were wider than others, but should all be the same size now).

--updated fan faction rulebooks with new rules changes.

--Large updated to Bajorns:
--new console rule: Bajoran's gain +1 culture when discovering a system with an open culture site. (script automatically gives +1 culture when explored).
--2 of the Bajoran Fleets are changed: Upheaval is now Pilgrimage, and Resque is now Zealot.

--loading saved games should now be very quick!!!

--fixed bug where Jem'Hadar Battleship was displaying the option to destroy it during colonization. Jem'Hadar Ships cannot be used for colonizing systems.

--fixed Jem'Hadar Ketracel White routine. The Great Link should now work properly when supplying.

--The Great Link for both Jem'Hadar and Dominion factions should snap nodes into place when dropped on them.
