Added support for 1.40

Added the new features permitting correct representation of steps for engine brake (including the 4th step that act as the braking program for many newer engines. That said do note that unlike real life, it is not possible to make it a momentaneous position which only activate the braking program)

Added DD15 Gen5 505 1850 ft-lbs engine (more ratings will be added as more info is found on that new engine)

Added some DT12 HE transmissions to the Western Star 49X.

Do note that I did not put all the ratios for that transmission, as most of them are covered by the DT12-V already.

Switched Freightliner Cascadia 2019 DT12 to the H, HL and HE transmissions

Switched Western Star 49X DT12 transmissions to the DT12-V and VX lines.

Removed Integrated Detroit Power from the Western Star 49X (not listed as available)

Note : the next update will not happens UNTIL 1.40 is released, as SCS added CCI sticker to the 49X and that will require a new file to make it work.

Also note that while for now the version for 1.33/1.34 and the one for 1.35/1.36 are still available in this mod, they will be removed next update to make space.
