Fixed this mod having no effect whatsoever. Not sure how long it stayed inactive, but probably stayed inactive for a rather long time.

It stayed inactive because, after a certain game update, I did not update this mod.

Improve Harmony version control through CitiesHarmony.

Declaration: this mod DOES NOT auto-subscribe the CitiesHarmony mod. Instead, it throws a hard red error if it fails to locate CitiesHarmony during load at the title screen.
