Added the following abilities:
- Suppressing Fire - Fire a standard shot. If the shot does not kill the target, then suppress them.
- Will to Survive - Grants bonus Armor and Dodge
- Put 'Em Down - Grants bonus aim against targets that are stunned, disoriented, dazed, or panicked.
- Watchful Eye - You get a free overwatch shot when any target you have holotargeted moves or attacks.
- Guard - Block the next attack made at you, negating all damage and effects (designed for Ballistic Shields).
- Trade Fire - Until the start of next turn, fire at any enemy that takes a hostile action.
- Safeguard - Shots against adjacent allies have reduced Aim. While Shield Wall is in effect, the penalty is increased (designed for Ballistic Shields).
- Intimidate - When targeted by an attack, the enemy has a chance to panic. Chance is based on your secondary weapon tier (designed for Ballistic Shields).
- Rampart - Activated ability that reduces all damage taken by the user and adjacent allies (designed for Ballistic Shields).
- Strong Back - Reduces the mobility penalty for each weighted utility item by one (LWOTC only).
- Coordinate Fire - Fire at a target, then command all adjacent allies to fire at that target.
- Pack Tactics - If Shield Wall is active, then all adjacent allies will enter overwatch at the end of the turn (designed for Ballistic Shields).
- Parry - You may parry melee attacks and counterattack with a Shield Bash (designed for Ballistic Shields).
- Mind Blast - Deal a small amount of damage and stun the target for one action.
- Mind's Eye - Shots against targets that are suffering from mental impairments ignore half of cover bonuses.
- Over Exertion - Immediately gain a bonus standard action point. Can only be used once per turn. Has limited uses per mission.
- Riot Control - Grants a free Flashbang and Smoke Grenade (LWOTC only)

Other fixes:
- Controlled Fire, Havoc, Like Lightning, Combat Drugs, and Regenerative Mist are now compatible with LWOTC
- Reduced area of effect on Shoulder to Lean On and Cover Area (actually requires adjacency now)
- Shoulder to Lean On now provides a larger bonus if the owner has used Shield Wall this turn

Added the following abilities:
- Stay Covered - Removes the Defense penalty from Shield Wall
- Indomitable - Free action that lets the user become Untouchable until the beginning of next turn
- Perfect Guard - While Shield Wall is in effect, gain bonus Armor
- Shield Regeneration - Gain Shield at the beginning of each turn if your current Shield is below a specified value
- Calm Mind - Permanently increases your Psi Offense and Will

Other fixes:
- First First and Avenger should now work properly with all primary weapons
- Havoc now supports custom weapon techs
- Thousands To Go no longer activates when killing Lost
- Survivor now properly reduces wound time

Added the following abilities:
- Controlled Fire - Additional shots fired from Area Suppression no longer cost ammo.
- Regenerative Mist - Traces of restorative chemicals are added to your smoke grenades, healing all units in the cloud at the beginning of each turn that they remain in the area of effect.
- Stiletto - Your shots pierce armor.

Other changes:
- Removed some excessive logging
- Havoc damage is now configurable based on weapon tier. By default it deals 1/2/3 damage.
- Ammo Conservation now applies to secondary weapons. This can be turned off in the config.
- Adrenaline no longer activates on killing Lost, and has a maximum activations per mission.

- Fixed typos in localization for Havoc, Rush, Survivor, and Triage.
- Momentum has been renamed to Impulse.
- Trench Warfare will now activate Shield Wall if the owner is equipped with a Ballistic Shield.
- Lick Your Wounds can now activate with the Ballistic Shield's Shield Wall ability.
- Quick Patch valid abilities list is now configurable.
- Watch Them Run will now function with launched grenades.
